Élevare is a pied-a-terre located in Fairfield County, CT. She belongs to a couple who spend half the year in their Palm Beach County, FL pied-a-terre, Promenade 135. Élevare is the only townhouse in the community with an elevator, hence the name, Élevare -- to lift!

At just 2,000 square feet, it was a welcome downsize from their former home. The couple chose contemporary minimalism as the starting point and wanted light, airy finishes and furnishings.
