Services: Complete exterior design and specifications for new Hotel Sky Lounge.
Real Estate Developer RMS Companies developed a new hotel on a fast track timeline and selected JLDA for the sky lounge amenity.
The roof top sky lounge was designed with experiential elements including putting green, table tennis, billiards and over-scale chess set. The lounge also features bars, cabana seating and outdoor TVs.
