Exceeding the expectations of residential design, JLDA completed the complete interiors and amenities fit out for Real Estate Developer RMS Companies' new construction apartment building, Stratus on Hudson.

JLDA programmed the amenity areas which included an upper stratus roof deck, billiards, cappuccino bar, entertainment kitchen and panorama fitness center.
