Real Estate Developer RMS Companies developed a new ground-up apartment building on a fast track timeline and selected JLDA for the complete interiors fit out.

JLDA programmed the amenity areas which included concierge, lounge (complete with feature stair), bar, billiards, screening room, fireside lounge cappuccino bar, fitness center and a sky lounge including bar, grills, billiards, and outdoor TVs. Additional services included designing the entire signage package.
