The Revel is the latest project to be completed by JLDA. It was a unique project that included converting eleven floors of the Hilton Hotel into apartments ranging from studio to 3 bedrooms.

Additionally, the former Hilton conferencing center was demolished and reinvented into amenity space complete with co-working areas, fitness center, billiards, bar, poker, game tables, tv lounge, laundry lounge, and healthy grab and go vending.
