JLDA completed the interior architecture and design for new construction at the University of Connecticut. Projects included dorms, lecture halls, meeting rooms, operations offices, lobby and restrooms.

The HOBI award-winning dormitory building provides modern accommodations for UCONN's growing population of students. The six story building features studios and one and two bedroom apartments, many of which include lofts with private rooftop patios. The state-of-the-art complex offers gathering spaces for large functions on the ground floor and the rooftop, study lounges on each residential floor, as well as private meeting rooms and entertaining areas for student collaboration and socialization.
